About mid morning a lovely young gas engineer came to sort out the heat. Hurrah! I was glad to have only had a taste of some of the cold many people have had to put up with this winter who have perfectly good boilers but too expensive bills.  

After work I went for a walk along the prom and saw the new portable sauna. I would love to try it after a polar bear dip.
