Reflections...on our changing world

For the first time this year I felt the warmth of the sun while out walking around the reservoir (see above photo and extra).
As several walkers remarked “ It’s a real Spring day.”
I didn’t like to say that next week we are in for another cold spell. Enjoy the day while it lasts.

Now let me have a wee rant. About Facebook.
This morning I turned up, so did half our aqua aerobics class for our 10 am session only to be told it was cancelled.
Why weren’t we told?
“You were. It’s on Facebook.”
Except none of us check their site.
 
Turns out the instructor is on a two-week holiday. Why didnt he tells us last week at the end of class instead of putting it on Facebook?
 
More and more of the world seems to pivot around Facebook and that documentary on Mark Zuckerberg the other night was positively scary. He is messianic in his aim for world domination.
