We move in light

There is an irony in going to a flash photography course and creating a shot like this by using nothing more than the afternoon sun and a black polystyrene back drop.

I was asked over the weekend what I really liked about photography. Well there is the discovery, the challenge, the community. But that moment when you take a shot, look down on your LCD at the preview and know you have nailed it.

Here's the best bit. It is such a personal rush that it is pointless explaining it to anyone else. Ask most people who do photography and they'll probably say the same.

Following on from yesterday's Blip I did ask what the models name was today.
