Almost Gone

I have noticed this old tree many times when walking in Arnos Vale Cemetery and nature reserve.  For some years now it has been increasingly infested with an interesting fungus, which you can see nestled in the ivy about one third of the way up.  It is now well and truly dead and being cut down.  I will miss it.
