Things change

Today is the last day of the Ken Bruce Morning Show on BBCRadio2.
He has been there for decades, we have grown up (and grown old) with him.
At 10.30am eight and a half million people have stopped to listen to Pop Master, the daily music quiz, something I have done for the last 11 years since retiring. I seldom manage to score more than twenty out of thirty nine but am pleased with every correct answer I manage, doubly so if I beat the radio contestant.
He is moving to a commercial radio station, taking Pop Master with him. I will be following him, hopefully the adverts will not be to repetitive.
