Taking our seats

I worked on the first series of Luther and have done two other shows with Neil the writer but have nothing to do with this gigantic budget film version but it was nice to be asked to the premiere.   I love film premieres, I don’t go to many but they are all a bit the same. This one was medium luxe, champagne on arrival, branded popcorn, make your own way to the fab party at the Shard and lavish food and drink there. 

The film is Luther ..but on steroids.  Bonkers, violent but doesn’t betray the character.  

I stayed up and cannily booked a Premier Inn right by the Shard which was the best end to the evening.
