Japanese anemone....

....against a beautiful blue sky, surprising after thick fog rolled in after sunrise. Blue sky and sun for most of the day now as I type it's a bit drizzly, still quite humid.

Love these flowers drifting through my garden, singles, doubles, white, cerise and a lovely soft pink, a true late summer/autumn flower.
