Scones By The Finn

Today was a quite warm day, around +5 with some sun. I went out for a short ride with the moped. Snow on the streets here and there has melted almost completely, in shadowy places there is much left. Much slush and puddles of water, smaller and larger, are common, see Extra.

Today was the time to try to bake scones inspired by the blipper sunflower. My choice was the cheese ones. As you, most of whom know these, see they are quite flat, but I suppose I should have left them thicker, in the recipe thickness was about 1 cm. They also are light coloured, but completely ripe, however. In addition, they taste very delicious surprising us.
