Working today.
A wee wander round the garden when I got home, before I lost all the light, to try and get a blip.
Not been to the gym or running for a few weeks now.
Hoping to get to the gym first thing in the morning and get back to the running next week when my chesty cough has completely cleared up. Missing it. (maybe have a look for a wee half marathon to do later in the year. Give me something to train for!)
