Pampas grass no more.

This is absolutely awful that the council has cut down and removed these pampas grass to construct a track to improve maintenance to reduce the requirement for hand cutting and manual handling.when track is  complete it will be grass covered.locals are not at all happy that we will never see pampas grass growing here again.the photos are before and after .
