MEET AND GREET

Meet Steve Newcom . . . a past Chairman of Bishop Auckland Football Club . . . and BA splendid Fan Shop and Football Museum.
Famous in their own right, BA have won the FA Amateur Cup on no less than 10 occasions and been to The Final another 8 times.
There have always been good links between BA and Boro . . . but I was unaware of the links between BA and Manchester United. In a nutshell, BA were the only team in the country to send 3 players to play in Manchester following the Munich Air Disaster.
Blip shows Steve in front of one of the displays, and extras show Club Shop and Ball . . . one of the most famous balls in Boro History . . . used in the UEFA Cup Final in 2006 . . . which we lost.
