I called in the library to see the girls, who were dressed up for World Book Day. Vic is away for a few day's and Des has lent his car to his son, so it was quieter than usual in the gym. On my way into town I have to walk under the dual carriageway underpass, and I could see a few guys with paint cans spraying the walls. I thought at first they were vandals, but as I got level with them, I saw they had come well prepared. I asked the guy in the photo if I could take his photo, and he explained that it was part of the regeneration of the town. He had loads of cans of spray paint so I asked him who paid for them ,and he said Bridgend Council , which surprised me. I'm glad I stopped to talk to him, as he was a very nice young man.
Did some shopping in town, then caught the bus home. The sun has made a long awaited appearance today, and we had our first cuppa sat outside on the patio. Admittedly we had coats on, but I'll take that.
