Clematis…..

….equals spring. This one always flowers in late February and is my alert that spring is here. More so than the bulbs to be honest. I spent about a hour and a half tidying up out in the garden today - it was lovely! I’m trying to tread a balancing act between a tidy and a wildlife friendly garden at the moment so long stalks and dead heads all removed but leaf mould mostly left in place to protect critters in it and the soil. 
N feeling more like himself today and Mum good so a more relaxing day :) I got another bee block completed as well.
