Pork Chops

Spice rubbed pork chops, chard, and carrot salad. Wine: Dino Torti Provincia di Pavia Pinot Noir 2019.

I had a marinara theme to the spice rub (tomato powder, oregano, garlic and onion powders, chili flakes... and outside the theme: a hint of coriander
seed). Who know there was Italian Pinot Noir? The wine was not extraordinary, but decent.
