A fitness test walk

Up the hill and back again.

All OK until 30 steps from the car when I slipped on slick section of wet tarmac and half did the splits.  A bit of pain and quite a shock but I seem to have survived.

I took plenty of photos in the sunny intervals but I like this one best because of the broken wall foreground.

Enjoyed watching the FA Cup football on 4 free to air channels this evening.  I saw a little of Grimsby beating Southampton but mostly watched Sheffield United v Spurs as I had a feeling Sheffield could win. They look a side good enough to be in the top division and Spurs thought they just had to turn up to win - they were wrong.  1-0
