Happy St. David's Day

We should have headed over to Wales today, but had to stay in West Yorkshire as we had a drainage team at home this morning to refurbish and re-line a couple of inspection chambers at the front of the house.

To celebrate St David's Day, Prue made some traditional Welsh Cakes which are best served hot with a scraping of butter.
