Empty house

Back blipping for the weekend feels like too big a task right now. Too many photos to choose from, too much to say. So I’ll start with today.

Waking up with no one else in the house was quite nice. I didn’t need to tiptoe downstairs to make breakfast.

We had a quick walk around the garden before work. Got outside again at lunch. Post office, The Bay Stores and back up again. It makes all the difference.

This photo was one of my favourite moments from the day. C picking up a guitar will always be something I want to capture.

We’re both tired. Probably still recovering from a sociable weekend. Off to the mainland tomorrow so must sleep soon.
