On it's way....

....to being a beautiful Magnolia bloom! This Magnolia is Genie, a lovely deep red. It's a new one, planted last year, so this is its first season in our garden. I'm hoping that our other dark red Magnolia, Black Tulip, will see how beautiful it is and be inspired to bloom too - it's been in the garden for almost 5 years and has only bloomed once!
