Sobering

Some sobering reading this morning, the latest from Paul Auster - 'Bloodbath Nation'. Guns and the US, some horrific narratives and appalling statistics.

Out for a ride to The East afterwards and it was considerably harder than I thought it would be. Back to work tomorrow, thank f**k, means I don't have to go out on that bloody bike again...
