Over the Water

So with an extended "Sick Line", I decided to head over the water and catch up with the lads from work, so it was onto the train and over the River Forth to the Kingdom of Fife.

It was good to see them all again but as their lunch hour progressed, much snoozing in the rec room was had.... Nothing ever changes :-)

Once home and after a trip to Dobbies, I thought I would try out a drive in the car and see how the ankle coped with an emergency stop.

All good so I reckon it will be a trip to the gym tomorrow for more rehab!!!
