Derwentwater onto Castle Crag

I really should Learn. I am old enough. Over do things one day. Pay for it the next.

Only ventured as fas as Strandshag bay.  The launches that normally ferry us tourists around aren’t running yet and my body told me it didn’t want to carry a camera bag around.  

So that’s as far as we managed.  

Light was poor. Though I could imagine if you were Borrowdale end it would provide some drama to the landscape.

We will see when we head that way tomorrow.

Sadly not a great shot today but I’ll always love coming here and admiring this view no matter what the weather. 

Must dash. Goulash beckons.
