Tiny Tuesday ...Strands

Work in progress on the dream catcher. Am having to spend hours, de-stringing the coloured string, to create a feather effect... nine strands to each piece!! There must be an easier method. I would prefer to be actually creating some macrame, using knots to form patterns and shapes....oh well, what do I know!
