Composting

Our school cafeteria feeds about 1300 people for lunch each weekday, plus breakfast and dinner for residential students and staff. Organic matter ends up here to be mixed with barrels of leaves, etc gathered from the forest and lawns. Makes for great soil and the smell isn't bad as long as people turn the material regularly.
