Beach in Catalonia

A great hike today from Llafranc to Tamariu and back, with a lunch in between. Chiparones, patatas con chorizo, grilled squid, anchovies with grilled veg, bacalao and stewed tomatoes and a bottle of crisp white wine. Yum. We're taking a real long weekend -- maybe the first time in years we've actually observed a real, honest-to-goodness bank holiday. Lots to see along the way, including this wonderful shingle beach.
