Resurfaced

The playpark I pass on my way to football has had a mini-makeover. Football was a bit meh - lots of call-offs meant we ended up with just 6v5. The five had more runners but the six were further weakened as one player had shin-splints and therefore couldn't run and another was suffering from asthma which also limited his running. Upshot was that we lost, despite the extra man. We didn't pass enough and too often rather than retain possession in the modern style too many times people tried to go it alone and didn't score. Ah well, hopefully we will have more people back next week.
