Haweswater

A trip to Haweswater today.  Not somewhere we go very often as it is quite remote.  Lunch at the hotel there with a splendid view us the valley.  Home via Pooley Bridge (pity the book shop was closed), Glenridding, Patterdale, Kirkstone Pass, Troutbeck, Windermere, and Newby Bridge.  Lovely drive.

Spoke to No 2 son who is back from his holiday.  He was complaining of the cold here.....but had had a good time.
