Back-blipping

I am sick of taking pictures of boring Berkeley in the boring rain. So for the next week I’ll select from my favorites taken elsewhere over the past decade or more.

Here is a Masaccio “birthing pan” (commissioned by some princely houseld) that I captured on my last trip to Berlin. I guess the new little princeling was supposed to slide out of the mother onto this receiving dish.
