My trusty trail shoes finally let go today at the end of a hilly 12.5m jaunt on the south downs. Thought I had trodden in something unpleasant....which is easily done...but no in fact the sole had come off.must have done Quite a dew hutndred in these..2 trail marathons, ..3 mid distance ultras, 100k plus loads of weekend training. Fairwell my friends....and tomorrow order son of Pegasus...some mark 29s
