Lys Hansen- tea party

This afternoon we held our first Sunday afternoon tea party since pre Covid days. It was at the suggestion of some friends who pointed out that they were much easier and less stressful than formal dinner or lunch parties and we have reached the stage where we can't be bothered with all the rigmarole they entail.
 
In Wales, as a child, Sunday afternoon tea parties were very popular and totally informal. So it seems a good idea to resurrect the practice.
 
Among the guests today was my artist friend Lys Hansen.
