Priory River, Blackrock

Every day is a schoolday. Today I learned this stream, which enters the Irish Sea at Blackrock, is called the Priory. Almost impossible to find any details about it though.
There are lots of little rivulets in Dublin, but you have to Google far too long just to find their names. It can't be that hard to post a sign. No point asking Mr Limey unfortunately. A classic Dub such as himself knows sod-all about their area :)
