Beach walk

In the morning I participated in the county Ergo Championships. Finally I managed to break the 8 mins boundary this winter on the 2 km.
In the afternoon Bert and I enjoyed the blue skies and sunshine. Downwind across the beach, back through the dunes - nice and sheltered.
