Knossos and Arabia
A trip to the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford on Friday to vist the Labyrinth Exhibition - all about the myth and reality of the Minoan era on Crete. It was quite fascinating. While we were there we went down to the lower ground for a cup of tea and to visit the Textile Gallery and look at the robe worn by T E Lawrence - Lawrence of Arabia - https://www.ashmolean.org/professor-eugene-rogan-arab-robe-worn-t-e-lawrence . The last blip
Haven driven up along the disused Hijaz Railway line, and seen one of the locomotives lying on its side that Lawrence blew up, it was quite a reminder
