A bird in the hand, is worth two in the boot.

All present and correct in the gym this morning, except Ann ,who was helping with her g/sons birthday party.  Some of the gym kit the young ladies wear, leaves a lot to be desired, although I'm not sure the boy's would agree:-) I came home without a blip, so I peeped over our next door neighbours garden ( she is in hospital)  and took a photo of her garden ornament, which I quite like .We are looking forward to watching Endeavour on ITVI tonight, although Inspector Morse was my absolute favourite.
