South west quilt show

What a delightful coincidence! Katie spotted that the South West Quilt Show was on this weekend at the Newton Abbot racecourse centre. Of course, we had to go! Rob went off birdwatching, Katie and I had a lovely time admiring the quilts and browsing the stalls.
This one was my favourite, made up from tiny fabric tiles to make a mosaic effect and I love the way the poppies spill out of the frame.
We had a good Nepalese curry for supper too!
