Derelict

In the centre of Marsden village is a huge abandoned mill, chained shut and slowly rotting away, amongst the homes and shops. Despite it’s size and dominance we barely notice it, it’s just part of the landscape. There are permanently plans afoot for some kind of conversion or other, but nothing ever seems to actually happen. It is probably around 30 years since it was a working mill.
