This heron looks like a young one!  It was having a fine time hanging out on the dock and then sitting on the back of the bench.  Time to get my friend who has a power washing machine to come over and remove the leftovers from various birds!!!  :)
Today is middle daughter's birthday (the one who lives near Chicago) so we've exchanged phone calls, texts and I even sent her a present (the favorite photos mentioned in another blip).  My baby.  No matter how old they get, they will always be my babies.
