Dog fun filled day

Dina and I started the day with a very technical hilly 3.5 mile run. She was even better than last time we raced, steadier with a more even pace.
Then after a quick bite of lunch on mantrailing with both of them.
They both did well, Keely is coming on extremely well and much easier to read than Dina.
