First Crocus

Delighted to find this crocus growing in my front garden again after they were crushed by the bin men last year.  

(they toss the recycling bins onto the garden with no thought for what is growing there - I am tempted to find a little fence to put around it - but not sure what from - and technically not allowed to put a fence of any sort at the front :( )

I hadn't realised until I got the photo on my laptop, but it looks as though there is a smaller, paler bud behind it :)

This afternoon one of my robins appeared on the feeders :)

Another easy day - catching up with the last of the series Death in Paradise from last night.  I will miss that programme and its great its on iplayer to catch up anytime!
