somehow that new cookbook inspires me to try things…..this morning, still in pj i made my first muffins, carrot,  beetroot and cheese, in the air fryer…..they are a bit small but absolutely delicious….next time i need to put a bit more in each cupcake case…

woke up with nasty sinus pain, later i will have a walk and in the afternoon Elv will pop in.
