The horse on the hill

Wednesday Day one post op.
So relieved that I managed to sleep well last night, I do like my sleep :) Woke a couple of times and topped up the paracetamol. Surprised that I’m not in any pain just abit uncomfortable , fingers crossed that lasts. Took it easy all day watching TV from the comfort of my reclining chair. Carefully lifted the camera to grab a shot of this horse at sunset.
I had not told anyone about my ‘situation’ .The only people who knew were Mike, my dentist ,doctor and Rheumatologist so today was a day of starting to let people know.
Unfortunately I have had to stop taking the injections for my RA ,although there is no proven link with cancer ,which has been really hard and because of the op etc it means no Puffin Pool for a few weeks either. Luckily we have a bedroom downstairs so I’m sleeping in there , nice and cosy :)
The bruises from the cannulas are looking lovely with lots of colours developing, Arnica cream is being applied regularly :)
Watched the last of The Expanse .
