Tangle

I have employed my Tangle in an effort to reduce hair twiddling but avoid  other, more destructive, habits.

I had to make a video today for work..  I did it in one take.  I am not sure that I want to watch it back but am pleased with how I have felt during the process.  I'd been left off the list of people that were needed to film a segment.  A huge part of me wanted to keep quiet but equally it made no sense for my team to not be represented so I flagged the omission with the producer.
