Started today attending a rare face to face meeting at the main site. Most meetings are still virtual which is great for me as I work at a different site so it’s difficult to get to them all.
A f2f meeting is more productive though as you can have more meaningful discussion, with everyone focussed on the meeting not trying to multitask and just ‘listen in’. It also gave me opportunity to catch up with one of my lovely ex-colleagues.
After my rant on Tuesday it was lovely to see this card today, it is from one of the doctors who have been with us for the past six months and reflects his experience with us, giving my team the praise and recognition they deserve.
