A kindness

A positive outcome to our last few days by lunchtime today. It’s been busy but worthwhile and much more collaborative than the visitors who appear periodically. Back to reality for me with Y11 and Y8 this afternoon. I did a supermarket visit on the way home and a kind act. The lady at the checkout gifted me my pastry. Even more of a treat now because it was free. It was a lovely Friday thing.

More Friday joy with a fish and chips catch up with the bestest friend. Bailey was a little disappointed that his favourite wasn’t home and very pleased when he did arrive. We had a proper catch up before Bailey decided it was home time.
