Choose love

I follow Charlie Mackesy, author of The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse, on instagram and he designed this t shirt to raise funds for the Syria/Turkey earthquake.  Although rather expensive I bought one to do my little bit.

I am full of cold again.  This time all in my nose rather than my throat although I have got a slight cough too. Once again I’m not sleeping great as I’m so bunged up. Grrrr.  I think I probably didn’t fully recover and had quite a full on week last week and not much rest.  Hey ho!
