Valuable produce

There is apparently a shortage of some vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. This is allegedly due to bad weather in Spain, The Netherlands and Morocco. Some supermarkets are rationing purchases. For example, one retailer only allows 2 cucumbers per customer. Why anyone would want even two is a mystery.

European shoppers are apparently taunting the UK by showing full shelves so the Brexit card has been played…again.

These tomatoes come from a local farm shop and I am sure they are not home grown. They are probably from the Peoples Republic of Polytunneliana.
