A year with the war in Ukraine.

And what a year it's been. I remember when my boss told me very coldly that this will not affect our lives in any way. I have not been able to forget that sentence. It's so cold, cruel and blunt. Just a horrible thing to say and I can not forget it.

I took this picture from my laptop from a live stream from the Helsinki Cathedral which was lit my joint colors of the flags of Finland and Ukraine. It was lit by candles that people brought and Ukrainian choir performed two songs and after that a Finnish choir sang the hymn Finlandia. It was quite touching really.

I couldn't think of any better picture for today. Even if it was through a screen.
