Banana and Chocolate chip loafs

What a crappy weekend, the weather is wet and horrible, was going to go out and do some bird photography with the camera club, however as I was checking my emails there was a note to say it was cancelled due to inclement weather. Oh well.

There were a couple of really ripe bananas in the fruit bowl so a banana loaf was in order. Karen suggested to put in chocolate chip to make it a deluxe version. As I cut into it I noticed that the chocolate chip had all sunk to the bottom, but yum oh it still tastes good
