Banana custard

Thursdays are tricky as it's a super fast turn-around ready for Beavers, about half an hour for the boys to have dinner, get changed and get to Beavers. Dinner at 4.30 is too early for them, so it's always a mission to get enough food in - and fast - to keep them going. A good pudding when they get home from Beavers always hits the spot, the youngest asked for Banana custard. (They were going to have rice pudding, but I forgot to make it).
