A change of weather

Another early morning visit to Shandwick Beach and this time it was cold and clear. And the water was at least one degree colder than yesterday, but none the less I persevered (see extra). I enjoyed my trip out there, and managed at least some vague "swimming". However, I did find it harder to get warm again today, so I need to watch out for that.

Of course, that was the highlight of the day. It was a bit downhill all the way from there, but it seems that the boost I am getting from this activity has decisively turned my mentality around. I feel much more as if I'm coping and indeed thriving.
