Goliath…

…or is it just Sal acting the goat as she tends to do. Taken up at St Ives where we went for a coffee and stroll. As usual, she motivated me to walk much farther and quicker than I would have done without her.
It’s surprising what good company and a good laugh and natter can do to keep you plodding along.
